More than a salon space.

The Liv Sessions is an intimate Cornwall space bringing together educators, specialists and creative professionals to share knowledge, offer something different and create meaningful experiences.

From hair and beauty education and business coaching to scalp and hair health, skin, wellbeing, bridal preparation, visiting specialists and content creation , I want The Liv Sessions to bring more expertise and opportunities to Cornwall.

Some sessions will be collaborations hosted by The Liv Bridal Hair Studio, while the space is also available to carefully selected professionals wanting to bring their own education, clinic, pop-up or creative session to Cornwall.

WHY I CREATED THE LIV SESSIONS

A SPACE I WISH I HAD ACCESS TO.

Having lived in Cornwall for most of my life, I've often found myself traveling further afield to access the education I wanted.

Throughout my career, I've travelled to London and beyond to learn from experienced educators, perfect my techniques and continue pushing myself to be better at what I do.

I've attended some great education in Cornwall too, but I've often wished we had access to a wider variety of professionals people who have travelled, worked with diverse and challenging clients, worked as session stylists, built successful careers or developed specialist expertise.

Since having children, traveling for education has become even harder, with travel, accommodation, time away and fitting everything around family life.

That's where The Liv Sessions came from.

I want to help bring more of those people and opportunities to Cornwall.

I also believe education goes beyond practical skills. As a self-employed stylist and salon owner, I've learnt how valuable knowledge around business, marketing, confidence and building a sustainable career can be.

I'm equally passionate about educating my clients and giving them access to knowledgeable professionals in areas outside my own expertise.

The Liv Sessions is my way of creating the kind of space I wish I'd had access to throughout my own career.

What Could you bring to the LIV SESSIONS?

For hair, bridal and beauty educators looking to host 1:1 education, 1:2 training, demonstrations, intimate masterclasses or small-group education.

I'd particularly love to welcome professionals who can bring different techniques, experiences and perspectives to Cornwall from established educators and session stylists to specialists within their field.

The Liv Sessions takes place within The Liv Bridal Hair Studio in Redruth, Cornwall a calm, intimate, fully working salon.

Your hire can include:

  • Two professional styling stations

  • Professional backwash facilities

  • Large mirrors and salon workspace

  • Tripod and handheld content lighting

I'll be there to welcome you, help you get settled and make sure you have everything you need. During your session, I'll give you the space and privacy to run things your way, while remaining close by and on hand should you need any help or support

From £40 per hour

Minimum 3-hour booking.

Full Day

INTRODUCTORY RATE FROM £225

Up to 7 hours.

Ideal for full education days, visiting professionals, larger content sessions and specialist events.

All bookings are subject to suitability and availability.

Visiting professionals are responsible for holding any relevant qualifications, licences and insurance required for the services they provide.
